• I’ve been out of the “chair” for over ten years and the only experience I recall is when I was active duty. My treatment and experience at Five Forks Dental Care was first class. Starting with the reception desk (Malisa) and ending with checkout (Savannah). My technician “Frannie” was professional, courteous, friendly, and sensitive to my needs. Throughout the whole visit she explained to me on what exactly she was doing as well as educated me on what was going on in my “cave”. I asked for a breakdown of the fees associated with my care and it was provided on site. Had the pleasure of meeting the “headmaster”, Dr. H who clearly explained what follow up treatments are to come with no pressure to commit. In my experiences dealing with the dentist, I must say FFDC is in a class on its own. Kudos to the whole staff that took care of my dearest and myself. Oh almost forgot Becca (go Air Force) 😀

• The best dental experience I have EVER had! Cheryl was the sweetest and so informative! There wasn't a single thing that they didn't explain or make sure I was ok with. All the employees were so nice and they give you a breakdown of everything the whole way. The office is beautiful and you can't beat the luxurious hand treatment! First visit and I cant believe I can say I'm actually excited to go to the dentist!

• The service is really great here! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Besides having a state of the art office, up-to-date technology, and a variety of spa services, their flexible scheduling is another unique aspect of Five Forks Dental Care. To date, they are the only dental office (of which I am aware) that schedules Saturday appointment!!!! This is a big deal for me since I am a UPS driver and typically work well past their daily closing hours during the Monday-Friday work week. Before, I would have to schedule a day off just to make my dental appointments, or go in before work. The latter really would stress me out because I didn't want to be late for work, which did happen when I was at another office. The Saturday appointments are consistent, convenient, and care-free (i.e., stress-free--just sticking with the 'c' alliteration here...lol). Please keep up the good work, and as Arnold S would say: "I'll be back!"

• 5.0 star rating Continued Awesomeness! Five Forks Dental continues their stellar service! I've now had more than a couple of visits to Dr. Hapney at Five Forks Dental Care, and let me just say... I'm still very pleased. If you're wondering why I've had to go a few times, it's due to the prior "dental professionals" that I've dealt with. Dr. Hapney is correcting some of their "work," to put it nicely. She shows me why particular procedures are necessary, and explains them to me. She doesn't just tell me and then do it. I'm very interactive in my treatment, which I appreciate. And even though I know she's very busy, she takes an extra moment when I have a question so that she can thoroughly answer it, and addresses any of my concerns. I truly appreciate her patience and kindness. I wasn't sure that places (or people, for that matter) like this existed anymore, but I suppose this is my dental unicorn! Seriously, you should go check it out for yourself. You may find that you yourself want to write a great review about your new dentist at Five Forks.

They really take the time to explain in detail any treatment that is needed. The first visit was a little longer because they took the time to do a through exam of the health of my gums and teeth but I felt like I had been educated on what was going on and needed to be done. The Spa offers the best facials and chemical peels. Shawna is excellent at helping you with skin care as well.

What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. • I was hesitant about choosing a dentist since I finally had insurance. I was told about Five Forks Dental Care. I was greeted as I walked in with Maria helping me with my new patient picture and signature for forms. After waiting not long for my appointment, Cheryl greeted me and welcomed to the office. She showed me all the facility and the amenities around it, not just dental care but also skin care and spa treatment. Cheryl throughly explained everything she was doing with my cleaning (x-rays, polishing, gum reception) and set me up with an affordable payment plan along with my insurance. She had great assistant help from Andreea with photos of my teeth, to keep track of my progress for each visit. After the initial cleaning, I met Dr. Hapney, who was great inspecting the work and looking forward to seeing me again with future dental work as needed.
