• I went for my regularly scheduled cleaning (my first time at five forks dental after switching from my previous dentist). Angie, who was my hygienist, was very detail oriented and spent quite a bit of time doing a detailed analysis of oral health before proceeding with cleaning / polishing. The dental clinic is well maintained with what what looks like to be latest equipment.

Angie has an exceptional genuine personality that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable about what is necessary. Dr. Rudisill is whom one will see after Angie, two of the best dental experts out there. Dr. Rudisill has an extremely fun attitude and shows she loves what she does. This gives Dr. Rudisill an upper hand because when one feels the professional individual welcoming, the relaxed environment can only make the patient accepting of their knowledge. They offer numerous services (mostly in house), so one can find everything needed while there. Why would someone want to go anywhere else!

• I'm 19 now, I've been part of the Five Forks Family since I was around 13 when I went in to get my braces done. The dental care is, of course exceptional, but that's hardly close to the best part. What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. Spend enough time here and they’ll adopt you, I’m serious! The staff is extraordinary and you can tell that everyone who works here is committed to the same vision and truly enjoys being on Dr. Hapney’s team. (I just found out today they’re going on a mission trip to provide dental care to poor countries!) Of course, it couldn’t be any other way as Dr. Hapney herself is a charming and genuinely loving woman. Her dedication to excellence results in an exceptional staff and an outstanding customer experience. Dr. Hapney not only treats you like family but also takes time to make every single client feel special and appreciated. The atmosphere is calming and enjoyable (even though it's an nerve wrecking process getting dental work done). They made sure I was warm (offered me a warm neck wrap and blanket) which I of course accepted. The entire staff is kind and really care about my comfort! One of the staff members even strolled my baby around to keep her calm while I was getting my dental work done. I am finally proud to smile in pictures and I am no longer self conscious about my teeth all thanks to the comfort and perfectionism of Five Forks Dental Care and staff!!!! I have never had such a detailed dentist before and it's exactly what I needed and wanted!!!! I wanted someone that cares about my teeth as much as I do and that's exactly what this office did!! • The service is really great here! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Besides having a state of the art office, up-to-date technology, and a variety of spa services, their flexible scheduling is another unique aspect of Five Forks Dental Care. To date, they are the only dental office (of which I am aware) that schedules Saturday appointment!!!! This is a big deal for me since I am a UPS driver and typically work well past their daily closing hours during the Monday-Friday work week. Before, I would have to schedule a day off just to make my dental appointments, or go in before work. The latter really would stress me out because I didn't want to be late for work, which did happen when I was at another office. The Saturday appointments are consistent, convenient, and care-free (i.e., stress-free--just sticking with the 'c' alliteration here...lol). Please keep up the good work, and as Arnold S would say: "I'll be back!"

Another dentist had started my implant and crown on a front tooth and I wasn't satisfied with color and shape, but she made me happy by telling me exactly what I thought needed to be done to make my crown look less noticeable, options my regular dentist never game me. I wanted a cosmetic and general dentist and I'm so pleased with my decision!! This office and staff make you feel so at ease, already giving out recommendations to everyone I know.

• I’ve been out of the “chair” for over ten years and the only experience I recall is when I was active duty. My treatment and experience at Five Forks Dental Care was first class. Starting with the reception desk (Malisa) and ending with checkout (Savannah). My technician “Frannie” was professional, courteous, friendly, and sensitive to my needs. Throughout the whole visit she explained to me on what exactly she was doing as well as educated me on what was going on in my “cave”. I asked for a breakdown of the fees associated with my care and it was provided on site. Had the pleasure of meeting the “headmaster”, Dr. H who clearly explained what follow up treatments are to come with no pressure to commit. In my experiences dealing with the dentist, I must say FFDC is in a class on its own. Kudos to the whole staff that took care of my dearest and myself. Oh almost forgot Becca (go Air Force) 😀

I was actually shocked because my previous dentist rushed in and out of rooms, yet she puts a lot of effort into making her patients feel important and like their time matters. Not only that, but having a fear of dentists myself, I can't say how appreciative I am of their understanding and stress-free, pain-free management. I originally found Five Forks Dental due to them being open on a Saturday when my uncle needed an emergency appointment. After some internet searching, I found the office here on Google. They fit him in and were able to fix his problem the same day. I made an appointment to visit the following week due to severe pain in my own tooth which had been progressively getting worse. I needed to have the root-canal and permanent crown placing on a time-constraint due to living abroad and only being in-town for the holidays. Understanding my situation and the pain I was in, she acted fast and was able to get my root canal scheduled with the endodontist (and I have to say, the endodontist they refer to is very good as well!) as well as my crown with incredible speed. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I haven't taken advantage of their esthetician services yet, but I plan to when I have the time. I will definitely continue to be a patient at Five Forks Dental for any future dental work I may need. This is definitely worth the five-star rating.
