• I went for my regularly scheduled cleaning (my first time at five forks dental after switching from my previous dentist). Angie, who was my hygienist, was very detail oriented and spent quite a bit of time doing a detailed analysis of oral health before proceeding with cleaning / polishing. The dental clinic is well maintained with what what looks like to be latest equipment.

• The service is really great here! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Besides having a state of the art office, up-to-date technology, and a variety of spa services, their flexible scheduling is another unique aspect of Five Forks Dental Care. To date, they are the only dental office (of which I am aware) that schedules Saturday appointment!!!! This is a big deal for me since I am a UPS driver and typically work well past their daily closing hours during the Monday-Friday work week. Before, I would have to schedule a day off just to make my dental appointments, or go in before work. The latter really would stress me out because I didn't want to be late for work, which did happen when I was at another office. The Saturday appointments are consistent, convenient, and care-free (i.e., stress-free--just sticking with the 'c' alliteration here...lol). Please keep up the good work, and as Arnold S would say: "I'll be back!"

• I'm 19 now, I've been part of the Five Forks Family since I was around 13 when I went in to get my braces done. The dental care is, of course exceptional, but that's hardly close to the best part. What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. Spend enough time here and they’ll adopt you, I’m serious! The staff is extraordinary and you can tell that everyone who works here is committed to the same vision and truly enjoys being on Dr. Hapney’s team. (I just found out today they’re going on a mission trip to provide dental care to poor countries!) Of course, it couldn’t be any other way as Dr. Hapney herself is a charming and genuinely loving woman. Her dedication to excellence results in an exceptional staff and an outstanding customer experience. Dr. Hapney not only treats you like family but also takes time to make every single client feel special and appreciated. Dr. Hapney and her assistants are always willing to take the time to explain the procedures and put you at ease. I was actually shocked because my previous dentist rushed in and out of rooms, yet she puts a lot of effort into making her patients feel important and like their time matters. Not only that, but having a fear of dentists myself, I can't say how appreciative I am of their understanding and stress-free, pain-free management. I originally found Five Forks Dental due to them being open on a Saturday when my uncle needed an emergency appointment. After some internet searching, I found the office here on Google. They fit him in and were able to fix his problem the same day. I made an appointment to visit the following week due to severe pain in my own tooth which had been progressively getting worse. I needed to have the root-canal and permanent crown placing on a time-constraint due to living abroad and only being in-town for the holidays. Understanding my situation and the pain I was in, she acted fast and was able to get my root canal scheduled with the endodontist (and I have to say, the endodontist they refer to is very good as well!) as well as my crown with incredible speed. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I haven't taken advantage of their esthetician services yet, but I plan to when I have the time. I will definitely continue to be a patient at Five Forks Dental for any future dental work I may need. This is definitely worth the five-star rating.

From the sweet Savannah that scheduled my appointmen to Christina, Dr. King to Cheryl my hygienist the staff was extremely compassionate and showed genuine concern not only for my dental health but also to the fact that I was so self conscious. • I’ve been out of the “chair” for over ten years and the only experience I recall is when I was active duty. My treatment and experience at Five Forks Dental Care was first class. Starting with the reception desk (Malisa) and ending with checkout (Savannah). My technician “Frannie” was professional, courteous, friendly, and sensitive to my needs. Throughout the whole visit she explained to me on what exactly she was doing as well as educated me on what was going on in my “cave”. I asked for a breakdown of the fees associated with my care and it was provided on site. Had the pleasure of meeting the “headmaster”, Dr. H who clearly explained what follow up treatments are to come with no pressure to commit. In my experiences dealing with the dentist, I must say FFDC is in a class on its own. Kudos to the whole staff that took care of my dearest and myself. Oh almost forgot Becca (go Air Force) 😀

I'm still very pleased. If you're wondering why I've had to go a few times, it's due to the prior "dental professionals" that I've dealt with. Dr. Hapney is correcting some of their "work," to put it nicely. She shows me why particular procedures are necessary, and explains them to me. She doesn't just tell me and then do it. I'm very interactive in my treatment, which I appreciate. And even though I know she's very busy, she takes an extra moment when I have a question so that she can thoroughly answer it, and addresses any of my concerns. I truly appreciate her patience and kindness. I wasn't sure that places (or people, for that matter) like this existed anymore, but I suppose this is my dental unicorn! Seriously, you should go check it out for yourself. You may find that you yourself want to write a great review about your new dentist at Five Forks.
