• 5.0 star rating Continued Awesomeness! Five Forks Dental continues their stellar service! I've now had more than a couple of visits to Dr. Hapney at Five Forks Dental Care, and let me just say... I'm still very pleased. If you're wondering why I've had to go a few times, it's due to the prior "dental professionals" that I've dealt with. Dr. Hapney is correcting some of their "work," to put it nicely. She shows me why particular procedures are necessary, and explains them to me. She doesn't just tell me and then do it. I'm very interactive in my treatment, which I appreciate. And even though I know she's very busy, she takes an extra moment when I have a question so that she can thoroughly answer it, and addresses any of my concerns. I truly appreciate her patience and kindness. I wasn't sure that places (or people, for that matter) like this existed anymore, but I suppose this is my dental unicorn! Seriously, you should go check it out for yourself. You may find that you yourself want to write a great review about your new dentist at Five Forks.

• Dr. Hapney and her team go above and beyond to make you feel like a family member and not just another person coming into their office. They really take the time to explain in detail any treatment that is needed. The first visit was a little longer because they took the time to do a through exam of the health of my gums and teeth but I felt like I had been educated on what was going on and needed to be done. The Spa offers the best facials and chemical peels. Shawna is excellent at helping you with skin care as well.

• The entire staff are Amazing! When I say amazing, I mean it! I have a terrible fear of dentist so I was so diappointed that I had to go in as I had the begining stages of an absest tooth. I knew that if I waited it would get much worst, never think that it's going to heal by itself because the pain will get worse and the expenses are just as painful. When I went in my anxiety was at it's peak, but it didn't take long to feel at ease. I received a sincere welcome by two sweet girls at the front desk. As I filled out the paperwork my anxiety began to creep back in, but then a sweet assistant Casey called me back and gave me a tour of this incredible business. They offer so much more than dental care (who knew). They have a beautiful relaxed environment which includes a day spa, really? Oh my gosh! The entire setting was so clean and peaceful. It's now time to get in the chair Come to find out my tooth with an old mercury filling was cracked so it had to go. Knowing what was coming next my level of anxiety was surprisingly low. I was so relaxed by the staff and setting. The numbing process was a breeze, the extraction was pretty quick and I didn't taste a drop of blood, thank you Casey! I had my followup visit and got great news, it's healing well. I was given easy to follow post-op instructions and some supplies to help the healing process. I highly recommend Five Forks Dental!!!

From the sweet Savannah that scheduled my appointmen to Christina, Dr. King to Cheryl my hygienist the staff was extremely compassionate and showed genuine concern not only for my dental health but also to the fact that I was so self conscious. Dr. King made absolutely sure I understood what my issues were and laid out a detailed treatment plan with all my options. Angie has an exceptional genuine personality that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable about what is necessary. Dr. Rudisill is whom one will see after Angie, two of the best dental experts out there. Dr. Rudisill has an extremely fun attitude and shows she loves what she does. This gives Dr. Rudisill an upper hand because when one feels the professional individual welcoming, the relaxed environment can only make the patient accepting of their knowledge. They offer numerous services (mostly in house), so one can find everything needed while there. Why would someone want to go anywhere else!

• The service is really great here! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Besides having a state of the art office, up-to-date technology, and a variety of spa services, their flexible scheduling is another unique aspect of Five Forks Dental Care. To date, they are the only dental office (of which I am aware) that schedules Saturday appointment!!!! This is a big deal for me since I am a UPS driver and typically work well past their daily closing hours during the Monday-Friday work week. Before, I would have to schedule a day off just to make my dental appointments, or go in before work. The latter really would stress me out because I didn't want to be late for work, which did happen when I was at another office. The Saturday appointments are consistent, convenient, and care-free (i.e., stress-free--just sticking with the 'c' alliteration here...lol). Please keep up the good work, and as Arnold S would say: "I'll be back!"

So when I found this office for my fiancé, I decided after one final straw with my old office that I would jump ship and go to Five Forks Family Dental Care too and boy am I glad that I did! Starting with the reception desk (Malisa) and ending with checkout (Savannah). My technician “Frannie” was professional, courteous, friendly, and sensitive to my needs. Throughout the whole visit she explained to me on what exactly she was doing as well as educated me on what was going on in my “cave”. I asked for a breakdown of the fees associated with my care and it was provided on site. Had the pleasure of meeting the “headmaster”, Dr. H who clearly explained what follow up treatments are to come with no pressure to commit. In my experiences dealing with the dentist, I must say FFDC is in a class on its own. Kudos to the whole staff that took care of my dearest and myself. Oh almost forgot Becca (go Air Force) 😀

Dr. Hapney and her assistants are always willing to take the time to explain the procedures and put you at ease. I was actually shocked because my previous dentist rushed in and out of rooms, yet she puts a lot of effort into making her patients feel important and like their time matters. Not only that, but having a fear of dentists myself, I can't say how appreciative I am of their understanding and stress-free, pain-free management. I originally found Five Forks Dental due to them being open on a Saturday when my uncle needed an emergency appointment. After some internet searching, I found the office here on Google. They fit him in and were able to fix his problem the same day. I made an appointment to visit the following week due to severe pain in my own tooth which had been progressively getting worse. I needed to have the root-canal and permanent crown placing on a time-constraint due to living abroad and only being in-town for the holidays. Understanding my situation and the pain I was in, she acted fast and was able to get my root canal scheduled with the endodontist (and I have to say, the endodontist they refer to is very good as well!) as well as my crown with incredible speed. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I haven't taken advantage of their esthetician services yet, but I plan to when I have the time. I will definitely continue to be a patient at Five Forks Dental for any future dental work I may need. This is definitely worth the five-star rating.
