They really take the time to explain in detail any treatment that is needed. The first visit was a little longer because they took the time to do a through exam of the health of my gums and teeth but I felt like I had been educated on what was going on and needed to be done. The Spa offers the best facials and chemical peels. Shawna is excellent at helping you with skin care as well.

• The service is really great here! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Besides having a state of the art office, up-to-date technology, and a variety of spa services, their flexible scheduling is another unique aspect of Five Forks Dental Care. To date, they are the only dental office (of which I am aware) that schedules Saturday appointment!!!! This is a big deal for me since I am a UPS driver and typically work well past their daily closing hours during the Monday-Friday work week. Before, I would have to schedule a day off just to make my dental appointments, or go in before work. The latter really would stress me out because I didn't want to be late for work, which did happen when I was at another office. The Saturday appointments are consistent, convenient, and care-free (i.e., stress-free--just sticking with the 'c' alliteration here...lol). Please keep up the good work, and as Arnold S would say: "I'll be back!"

The atmosphere is calming and enjoyable (even though it's an nerve wrecking process getting dental work done). They made sure I was warm (offered me a warm neck wrap and blanket) which I of course accepted. The entire staff is kind and really care about my comfort! One of the staff members even strolled my baby around to keep her calm while I was getting my dental work done. I am finally proud to smile in pictures and I am no longer self conscious about my teeth all thanks to the comfort and perfectionism of Five Forks Dental Care and staff!!!! I have never had such a detailed dentist before and it's exactly what I needed and wanted!!!! I wanted someone that cares about my teeth as much as I do and that's exactly what this office did!! • I’ve been out of the “chair” for over ten years and the only experience I recall is when I was active duty. My treatment and experience at Five Forks Dental Care was first class. Starting with the reception desk (Malisa) and ending with checkout (Savannah). My technician “Frannie” was professional, courteous, friendly, and sensitive to my needs. Throughout the whole visit she explained to me on what exactly she was doing as well as educated me on what was going on in my “cave”. I asked for a breakdown of the fees associated with my care and it was provided on site. Had the pleasure of meeting the “headmaster”, Dr. H who clearly explained what follow up treatments are to come with no pressure to commit. In my experiences dealing with the dentist, I must say FFDC is in a class on its own. Kudos to the whole staff that took care of my dearest and myself. Oh almost forgot Becca (go Air Force) 😀

• If there were a six star option I would have rated Five Forks Dental at the highest echelon without hesitation. I would rarely be the person to go out of my way to review a service I received however, I feel compelled to share my experience with the countless others that fear the dentist. I would dread the very inkling of a visit to the dentist, the awkwardness of someone in your mouth, the impatient waiting rooms filled with angst and a heavy silence lingering between one worried patient to another. Upon a tremendous recommendation I have found the apex of service. The warm and homey atmosphere from entrance to exit is unlike any dental office I have ever known or experienced. Chandler my dental assistant ushered me through every step of my tooth removal and with a feeling less like professional to patient and more like friend to friend, which is so difficult to accomplish in a setting such as this. Dr. Hapney who performed the extraction was so intelligent and skilled at what she was doing I hardly noticed she was pulling out a molar. Dr. King performed my follow up with perfect feedback and advice for future care. Honestly everyone was so knowledgeable and attentive I know I've found a practice for life and I for the very first time, am actually look forward to my next trip to the dentist. Bravo Ladies!

As a customer, I learned how my teeth were to be maintained, rather than simply going in for just a regular cleaning. • I'm 19 now, I've been part of the Five Forks Family since I was around 13 when I went in to get my braces done. The dental care is, of course exceptional, but that's hardly close to the best part. What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. Spend enough time here and they’ll adopt you, I’m serious! The staff is extraordinary and you can tell that everyone who works here is committed to the same vision and truly enjoys being on Dr. Hapney’s team. (I just found out today they’re going on a mission trip to provide dental care to poor countries!) Of course, it couldn’t be any other way as Dr. Hapney herself is a charming and genuinely loving woman. Her dedication to excellence results in an exceptional staff and an outstanding customer experience. Dr. Rudisill is whom one will see after Angie, two of the best dental experts out there. Dr. Rudisill has an extremely fun attitude and shows she loves what she does. • I had my first official cleaning with Five Fork Dental. I had been to the office for a consultation at which time I was treated to a wonderful hot paraffin wax hand treatment. On both visits, the entire office staff was warm and welcoming. I felt like I was well taken care of with a thorough exam and had the full attention of both the Dental Hygienist and Dr. Vance. • By far the best dentist experience I've ever had. The staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. Dr. Hapney and her assistants are always willing to take the time to explain the procedures and put you at ease. I was actually shocked because my previous dentist rushed in and out of rooms, yet she puts a lot of effort into making her patients feel important and like their time matters. Not only that, but having a fear of dentists myself, I can't say how appreciative I am of their understanding and stress-free, pain-free management. I originally found Five Forks Dental due to them being open on a Saturday when my uncle needed an emergency appointment. After some internet searching, I found the office here on Google. They fit him in and were able to fix his problem the same day. I made an appointment to visit the following week due to severe pain in my own tooth which had been progressively getting worse. I needed to have the root-canal and permanent crown placing on a time-constraint due to living abroad and only being in-town for the holidays. Understanding my situation and the pain I was in, she acted fast and was able to get my root canal scheduled with the endodontist (and I have to say, the endodontist they refer to is very good as well!) as well as my crown with incredible speed. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I haven't taken advantage of their esthetician services yet, but I plan to when I have the time. I will definitely continue to be a patient at Five Forks Dental for any future dental work I may need. This is definitely worth the five-star rating.

• The entire staff are Amazing! When I say amazing, I mean it! I have a terrible fear of dentist so I was so diappointed that I had to go in as I had the begining stages of an absest tooth. I knew that if I waited it would get much worst, never think that it's going to heal by itself because the pain will get worse and the expenses are just as painful. When I went in my anxiety was at it's peak, but it didn't take long to feel at ease. I received a sincere welcome by two sweet girls at the front desk. As I filled out the paperwork my anxiety began to creep back in, but then a sweet assistant Casey called me back and gave me a tour of this incredible business. They offer so much more than dental care (who knew). They have a beautiful relaxed environment which includes a day spa, really? Oh my gosh! The entire setting was so clean and peaceful. It's now time to get in the chair Come to find out my tooth with an old mercury filling was cracked so it had to go. Knowing what was coming next my level of anxiety was surprisingly low. I was so relaxed by the staff and setting. The numbing process was a breeze, the extraction was pretty quick and I didn't taste a drop of blood, thank you Casey! I had my followup visit and got great news, it's healing well. I was given easy to follow post-op instructions and some supplies to help the healing process. I highly recommend Five Forks Dental!!!
