I’ve been going to the same dentist since I was 7 (I’m days shy of 25 as of today) and they’ve rapidly declined in service and availability at that! So when I found this office for my fiancé, I decided after one final straw with my old office that I would jump ship and go to Five Forks Family Dental Care too and boy am I glad that I did! Today was my first cleaning with them and not only did they walk me through everything they did, and offer above and beyond amazing services at great costs (or even free, when talking about the parafon hand wax they do during said cleaning) but they were just so personable and knowledgeable. I literally can’t say enough great things about these ladies, and I can’t wait to see them again in six months and again for my pre-wedding teeth whitening! 💕💕💕

• I'm 19 now, I've been part of the Five Forks Family since I was around 13 when I went in to get my braces done. The dental care is, of course exceptional, but that's hardly close to the best part. What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. Spend enough time here and they’ll adopt you, I’m serious! The staff is extraordinary and you can tell that everyone who works here is committed to the same vision and truly enjoys being on Dr. Hapney’s team. (I just found out today they’re going on a mission trip to provide dental care to poor countries!) Of course, it couldn’t be any other way as Dr. Hapney herself is a charming and genuinely loving woman. Her dedication to excellence results in an exceptional staff and an outstanding customer experience. Dr. Hapney not only treats you like family but also takes time to make every single client feel special and appreciated. The staff is always smiling and kind. I've been so happy with this office that I had my ortho work done, cleaning, and I also have used their spa. • If there were a six star option I would have rated Five Forks Dental at the highest echelon without hesitation. I would rarely be the person to go out of my way to review a service I received however, I feel compelled to share my experience with the countless others that fear the dentist. I would dread the very inkling of a visit to the dentist, the awkwardness of someone in your mouth, the impatient waiting rooms filled with angst and a heavy silence lingering between one worried patient to another. Upon a tremendous recommendation I have found the apex of service. The warm and homey atmosphere from entrance to exit is unlike any dental office I have ever known or experienced. Chandler my dental assistant ushered me through every step of my tooth removal and with a feeling less like professional to patient and more like friend to friend, which is so difficult to accomplish in a setting such as this. Dr. Hapney who performed the extraction was so intelligent and skilled at what she was doing I hardly noticed she was pulling out a molar. Dr. King performed my follow up with perfect feedback and advice for future care. Honestly everyone was so knowledgeable and attentive I know I've found a practice for life and I for the very first time, am actually look forward to my next trip to the dentist. Bravo Ladies!

• Five Forks Dental Care is the perfect place if you expect perfection in your smile!!!!!! I have been a patient here for 2 years now and it has been the most positive experience. The atmosphere is calming and enjoyable (even though it's an nerve wrecking process getting dental work done). They made sure I was warm (offered me a warm neck wrap and blanket) which I of course accepted. The entire staff is kind and really care about my comfort! One of the staff members even strolled my baby around to keep her calm while I was getting my dental work done. I am finally proud to smile in pictures and I am no longer self conscious about my teeth all thanks to the comfort and perfectionism of Five Forks Dental Care and staff!!!! I have never had such a detailed dentist before and it's exactly what I needed and wanted!!!! I wanted someone that cares about my teeth as much as I do and that's exactly what this office did!! I will never ever see any other dentist!!!!!

Another dentist had started my implant and crown on a front tooth and I wasn't satisfied with color and shape, but she made me happy by telling me exactly what I thought needed to be done to make my crown look less noticeable, options my regular dentist never game me. I wanted a cosmetic and general dentist and I'm so pleased with my decision!! This office and staff make you feel so at ease, already giving out recommendations to everyone I know.

• I’ve been out of the “chair” for over ten years and the only experience I recall is when I was active duty. My treatment and experience at Five Forks Dental Care was first class. Starting with the reception desk (Malisa) and ending with checkout (Savannah). My technician “Frannie” was professional, courteous, friendly, and sensitive to my needs. Throughout the whole visit she explained to me on what exactly she was doing as well as educated me on what was going on in my “cave”. I asked for a breakdown of the fees associated with my care and it was provided on site. Had the pleasure of meeting the “headmaster”, Dr. H who clearly explained what follow up treatments are to come with no pressure to commit. In my experiences dealing with the dentist, I must say FFDC is in a class on its own. Kudos to the whole staff that took care of my dearest and myself. Oh almost forgot Becca (go Air Force) 😀

On both visits, the entire office staff was warm and welcoming. I felt like I was well taken care of with a thorough exam and had the full attention of both the Dental Hygienist and Dr. Vance.
