• First time patient, greeted very warmly by staff. This clinic does an exemplary job of explaining every step of their procedure and practice. As a customer, I learned how my teeth were to be maintained, rather than simply going in for just a regular cleaning. My dentist today was Cheryl, very friendly and considerate of any possible sensitivity in the mouth! Very thorough in her work and pleasant conversation. Enjoyed the session and highly recommend. Plus, the complementary wax glove treatment is a definite treat! Not your normal dentist appointment!

I’ve been going to the same dentist since I was 7 (I’m days shy of 25 as of today) and they’ve rapidly declined in service and availability at that! So when I found this office for my fiancé, I decided after one final straw with my old office that I would jump ship and go to Five Forks Family Dental Care too and boy am I glad that I did! Today was my first cleaning with them and not only did they walk me through everything they did, and offer above and beyond amazing services at great costs (or even free, when talking about the parafon hand wax they do during said cleaning) but they were just so personable and knowledgeable. I literally can’t say enough great things about these ladies, and I can’t wait to see them again in six months and again for my pre-wedding teeth whitening! 💕💕💕

• There are not adequate words to describe the exceptional experience I had at Five Forks Dental Care. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time due to sheer embarrassment and high anxiety. From the sweet Savannah that scheduled my appointmen to Christina, Dr. King to Cheryl my hygienist the staff was extremely compassionate and showed genuine concern not only for my dental health but also to the fact that I was so self conscious. Dr. King made absolutely sure I understood what my issues were and laid out a detailed treatment plan with all my options. • The service is really great here! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Besides having a state of the art office, up-to-date technology, and a variety of spa services, their flexible scheduling is another unique aspect of Five Forks Dental Care. To date, they are the only dental office (of which I am aware) that schedules Saturday appointment!!!! This is a big deal for me since I am a UPS driver and typically work well past their daily closing hours during the Monday-Friday work week. Before, I would have to schedule a day off just to make my dental appointments, or go in before work. The latter really would stress me out because I didn't want to be late for work, which did happen when I was at another office. The Saturday appointments are consistent, convenient, and care-free (i.e., stress-free--just sticking with the 'c' alliteration here...lol). Please keep up the good work, and as Arnold S would say: "I'll be back!"

• The entire staff are Amazing! When I say amazing, I mean it! I have a terrible fear of dentist so I was so diappointed that I had to go in as I had the begining stages of an absest tooth. I knew that if I waited it would get much worst, never think that it's going to heal by itself because the pain will get worse and the expenses are just as painful. When I went in my anxiety was at it's peak, but it didn't take long to feel at ease. I received a sincere welcome by two sweet girls at the front desk. As I filled out the paperwork my anxiety began to creep back in, but then a sweet assistant Casey called me back and gave me a tour of this incredible business. They offer so much more than dental care (who knew). They have a beautiful relaxed environment which includes a day spa, really? Oh my gosh! The entire setting was so clean and peaceful. It's now time to get in the chair Come to find out my tooth with an old mercury filling was cracked so it had to go. Knowing what was coming next my level of anxiety was surprisingly low. I was so relaxed by the staff and setting. The numbing process was a breeze, the extraction was pretty quick and I didn't taste a drop of blood, thank you Casey! I had my followup visit and got great news, it's healing well. I was given easy to follow post-op instructions and some supplies to help the healing process. I highly recommend Five Forks Dental!!!

• I had my first official cleaning with Five Fork Dental. I had been to the office for a consultation at which time I was treated to a wonderful hot paraffin wax hand treatment. On both visits, the entire office staff was warm and welcoming. I felt like I was well taken care of with a thorough exam and had the full attention of both the Dental Hygienist and Dr. Vance. Dr. Vance spent quite a bit of time with me explaining some concerns and a treatment plan. I am very happy with Five Fork Dental and have finally found my dental care home!

• I was hesitant about choosing a dentist since I finally had insurance. I was told about Five Forks Dental Care. I was greeted as I walked in with Maria helping me with my new patient picture and signature for forms. After waiting not long for my appointment, Cheryl greeted me and welcomed to the office. She showed me all the facility and the amenities around it, not just dental care but also skin care and spa treatment. Cheryl throughly explained everything she was doing with my cleaning (x-rays, polishing, gum reception) and set me up with an affordable payment plan along with my insurance. She had great assistant help from Andreea with photos of my teeth, to keep track of my progress for each visit. After the initial cleaning, I met Dr. Hapney, who was great inspecting the work and looking forward to seeing me again with future dental work as needed. • Five Forks Dental Care is the perfect place if you expect perfection in your smile!!!!!! I have been a patient here for 2 years now and it has been the most positive experience. The atmosphere is calming and enjoyable (even though it's an nerve wrecking process getting dental work done). They made sure I was warm (offered me a warm neck wrap and blanket) which I of course accepted. The entire staff is kind and really care about my comfort! One of the staff members even strolled my baby around to keep her calm while I was getting my dental work done. I am finally proud to smile in pictures and I am no longer self conscious about my teeth all thanks to the comfort and perfectionism of Five Forks Dental Care and staff!!!! I have never had such a detailed dentist before and it's exactly what I needed and wanted!!!! I wanted someone that cares about my teeth as much as I do and that's exactly what this office did!! Angie, who was my hygienist, was very detail oriented and spent quite a bit of time doing a detailed analysis of oral health before proceeding with cleaning / polishing. • I'm 19 now, I've been part of the Five Forks Family since I was around 13 when I went in to get my braces done. The dental care is, of course exceptional, but that's hardly close to the best part. What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. Spend enough time here and they’ll adopt you, I’m serious! The staff is extraordinary and you can tell that everyone who works here is committed to the same vision and truly enjoys being on Dr. Hapney’s team. (I just found out today they’re going on a mission trip to provide dental care to poor countries!) Of course, it couldn’t be any other way as Dr. Hapney herself is a charming and genuinely loving woman. Another dentist had started my implant and crown on a front tooth and I wasn't satisfied with color and shape, but she made me happy by telling me exactly what I thought needed to be done to make my crown look less noticeable, options my regular dentist never game me. I wanted a cosmetic and general dentist and I'm so pleased with my decision!! This office and staff make you feel so at ease, already giving out recommendations to everyone I know.
