• I’ve been out of the “chair” for over ten years and the only experience I recall is when I was active duty. My treatment and experience at Five Forks Dental Care was first class. Starting with the reception desk (Malisa) and ending with checkout (Savannah). My technician “Frannie” was professional, courteous, friendly, and sensitive to my needs. Throughout the whole visit she explained to me on what exactly she was doing as well as educated me on what was going on in my “cave”. I asked for a breakdown of the fees associated with my care and it was provided on site. Had the pleasure of meeting the “headmaster”, Dr. H who clearly explained what follow up treatments are to come with no pressure to commit. In my experiences dealing with the dentist, I must say FFDC is in a class on its own. Kudos to the whole staff that took care of my dearest and myself. Oh almost forgot Becca (go Air Force) 😀

• I'm 19 now, I've been part of the Five Forks Family since I was around 13 when I went in to get my braces done. The dental care is, of course exceptional, but that's hardly close to the best part. What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. Spend enough time here and they’ll adopt you, I’m serious! The staff is extraordinary and you can tell that everyone who works here is committed to the same vision and truly enjoys being on Dr. Hapney’s team. (I just found out today they’re going on a mission trip to provide dental care to poor countries!) Of course, it couldn’t be any other way as Dr. Hapney herself is a charming and genuinely loving woman. Her dedication to excellence results in an exceptional staff and an outstanding customer experience. On both visits, the entire office staff was warm and welcoming. I felt like I was well taken care of with a thorough exam and had the full attention of both the Dental Hygienist and Dr. Vance. Dr. Vance spent quite a bit of time with me explaining some concerns and a treatment plan. I am very happy with Five Fork Dental and have finally found my dental care home!

• I was hesitant about choosing a dentist since I finally had insurance. I was told about Five Forks Dental Care. I was greeted as I walked in with Maria helping me with my new patient picture and signature for forms. After waiting not long for my appointment, Cheryl greeted me and welcomed to the office. She showed me all the facility and the amenities around it, not just dental care but also skin care and spa treatment. Cheryl throughly explained everything she was doing with my cleaning (x-rays, polishing, gum reception) and set me up with an affordable payment plan along with my insurance. She had great assistant help from Andreea with photos of my teeth, to keep track of my progress for each visit. After the initial cleaning, I met Dr. Hapney, who was great inspecting the work and looking forward to seeing me again with future dental work as needed. • The service is really great here! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Besides having a state of the art office, up-to-date technology, and a variety of spa services, their flexible scheduling is another unique aspect of Five Forks Dental Care. To date, they are the only dental office (of which I am aware) that schedules Saturday appointment!!!! This is a big deal for me since I am a UPS driver and typically work well past their daily closing hours during the Monday-Friday work week. Before, I would have to schedule a day off just to make my dental appointments, or go in before work. The latter really would stress me out because I didn't want to be late for work, which did happen when I was at another office. The Saturday appointments are consistent, convenient, and care-free (i.e., stress-free--just sticking with the 'c' alliteration here...lol). Please keep up the good work, and as Arnold S would say: "I'll be back!"

Another dentist had started my implant and crown on a front tooth and I wasn't satisfied with color and shape, but she made me happy by telling me exactly what I thought needed to be done to make my crown look less noticeable, options my regular dentist never game me. I wanted a cosmetic and general dentist and I'm so pleased with my decision!! This office and staff make you feel so at ease, already giving out recommendations to everyone I know.

I’ve been going to the same dentist since I was 7 (I’m days shy of 25 as of today) and they’ve rapidly declined in service and availability at that! So when I found this office for my fiancé, I decided after one final straw with my old office that I would jump ship and go to Five Forks Family Dental Care too and boy am I glad that I did! Today was my first cleaning with them and not only did they walk me through everything they did, and offer above and beyond amazing services at great costs (or even free, when talking about the parafon hand wax they do during said cleaning) but they were just so personable and knowledgeable. I literally can’t say enough great things about these ladies, and I can’t wait to see them again in six months and again for my pre-wedding teeth whitening! 💕💕💕

• The entire staff are Amazing! When I say amazing, I mean it! I have a terrible fear of dentist so I was so diappointed that I had to go in as I had the begining stages of an absest tooth. I knew that if I waited it would get much worst, never think that it's going to heal by itself because the pain will get worse and the expenses are just as painful. When I went in my anxiety was at it's peak, but it didn't take long to feel at ease. I received a sincere welcome by two sweet girls at the front desk. As I filled out the paperwork my anxiety began to creep back in, but then a sweet assistant Casey called me back and gave me a tour of this incredible business. They offer so much more than dental care (who knew). They have a beautiful relaxed environment which includes a day spa, really? Oh my gosh! The entire setting was so clean and peaceful. It's now time to get in the chair Come to find out my tooth with an old mercury filling was cracked so it had to go. Knowing what was coming next my level of anxiety was surprisingly low. I was so relaxed by the staff and setting. The numbing process was a breeze, the extraction was pretty quick and I didn't taste a drop of blood, thank you Casey! I had my followup visit and got great news, it's healing well. I was given easy to follow post-op instructions and some supplies to help the healing process. I highly recommend Five Forks Dental!!!

Angie has an exceptional genuine personality that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable about what is necessary. Dr. Rudisill is whom one will see after Angie, two of the best dental experts out there. Dr. Rudisill has an extremely fun attitude and shows she loves what she does. This gives Dr. Rudisill an upper hand because when one feels the professional individual welcoming, the relaxed environment can only make the patient accepting of their knowledge. They offer numerous services (mostly in house), so one can find everything needed while there. Why would someone want to go anywhere else!
