• Dr. Hapney is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable whatever the reason for your visit. I came to her for a more cosmetic approach and to feel better about my smile. Another dentist had started my implant and crown on a front tooth and I wasn't satisfied with color and shape, but she made me happy by telling me exactly what I thought needed to be done to make my crown look less noticeable, options my regular dentist never game me. I wanted a cosmetic and general dentist and I'm so pleased with my decision!! This office and staff make you feel so at ease, already giving out recommendations to everyone I know.

• There are not adequate words to describe the exceptional experience I had at Five Forks Dental Care. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time due to sheer embarrassment and high anxiety. From the sweet Savannah that scheduled my appointmen to Christina, Dr. King to Cheryl my hygienist the staff was extremely compassionate and showed genuine concern not only for my dental health but also to the fact that I was so self conscious. Dr. King made absolutely sure I understood what my issues were and laid out a detailed treatment plan with all my options. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for the highest quality dental care and a staff that sees you as a person.

• This office was a great experience overall, from my first visit where I had a cleaning done, I was given a complimentary hand massage from their spa. Prices are great also! The staff is always smiling and kind. I've been so happy with this office that I had my ortho work done, cleaning, and I also have used their spa. • I was hesitant about choosing a dentist since I finally had insurance. I was told about Five Forks Dental Care. I was greeted as I walked in with Maria helping me with my new patient picture and signature for forms. After waiting not long for my appointment, Cheryl greeted me and welcomed to the office. She showed me all the facility and the amenities around it, not just dental care but also skin care and spa treatment. Cheryl throughly explained everything she was doing with my cleaning (x-rays, polishing, gum reception) and set me up with an affordable payment plan along with my insurance. She had great assistant help from Andreea with photos of my teeth, to keep track of my progress for each visit. After the initial cleaning, I met Dr. Hapney, who was great inspecting the work and looking forward to seeing me again with future dental work as needed. If your looking for top notch dental work, with experienced, friendly staff and be treated more than just a patient, then give Dr. Hapney and her team a visit to Five Forks Dental Care and see for yourself.

Angie, who was my hygienist, was very detail oriented and spent quite a bit of time doing a detailed analysis of oral health before proceeding with cleaning / polishing. • If there were a six star option I would have rated Five Forks Dental at the highest echelon without hesitation. I would rarely be the person to go out of my way to review a service I received however, I feel compelled to share my experience with the countless others that fear the dentist. I would dread the very inkling of a visit to the dentist, the awkwardness of someone in your mouth, the impatient waiting rooms filled with angst and a heavy silence lingering between one worried patient to another. Upon a tremendous recommendation I have found the apex of service. The warm and homey atmosphere from entrance to exit is unlike any dental office I have ever known or experienced. Chandler my dental assistant ushered me through every step of my tooth removal and with a feeling less like professional to patient and more like friend to friend, which is so difficult to accomplish in a setting such as this. Dr. Hapney who performed the extraction was so intelligent and skilled at what she was doing I hardly noticed she was pulling out a molar. Dr. King performed my follow up with perfect feedback and advice for future care. Honestly everyone was so knowledgeable and attentive I know I've found a practice for life and I for the very first time, am actually look forward to my next trip to the dentist. Bravo Ladies!

• I'm 19 now, I've been part of the Five Forks Family since I was around 13 when I went in to get my braces done. The dental care is, of course exceptional, but that's hardly close to the best part. What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. Spend enough time here and they’ll adopt you, I’m serious! The staff is extraordinary and you can tell that everyone who works here is committed to the same vision and truly enjoys being on Dr. Hapney’s team. (I just found out today they’re going on a mission trip to provide dental care to poor countries!) Of course, it couldn’t be any other way as Dr. Hapney herself is a charming and genuinely loving woman. Her dedication to excellence results in an exceptional staff and an outstanding customer experience. As a customer, I learned how my teeth were to be maintained, rather than simply going in for just a regular cleaning. My dentist today was Cheryl, very friendly and considerate of any possible sensitivity in the mouth! Very thorough in her work and pleasant conversation. Enjoyed the session and highly recommend. Plus, the complementary wax glove treatment is a definite treat! Not your normal dentist appointment!

So when I found this office for my fiancé, I decided after one final straw with my old office that I would jump ship and go to Five Forks Family Dental Care too and boy am I glad that I did! Today was my first cleaning with them and not only did they walk me through everything they did, and offer above and beyond amazing services at great costs (or even free, when talking about the parafon hand wax they do during said cleaning) but they were just so personable and knowledgeable.
