• Every experience I have here is always pleasant. The staff is welcoming, patient, and informative. The office feels more like a spa than medical office. Paraffin hand treatment while your teeth are getting polished? YES PLEASE!! Laura mad me feel like it had only been a couple of weeks since we'd seen each other when it had actually been over 6 months. • If there were a six star option I would have rated Five Forks Dental at the highest echelon without hesitation. I would rarely be the person to go out of my way to review a service I received however, I feel compelled to share my experience with the countless others that fear the dentist. I would dread the very inkling of a visit to the dentist, the awkwardness of someone in your mouth, the impatient waiting rooms filled with angst and a heavy silence lingering between one worried patient to another. Upon a tremendous recommendation I have found the apex of service. The warm and homey atmosphere from entrance to exit is unlike any dental office I have ever known or experienced. Chandler my dental assistant ushered me through every step of my tooth removal and with a feeling less like professional to patient and more like friend to friend, which is so difficult to accomplish in a setting such as this. Dr. Hapney who performed the extraction was so intelligent and skilled at what she was doing I hardly noticed she was pulling out a molar. Dr. King performed my follow up with perfect feedback and advice for future care. Honestly everyone was so knowledgeable and attentive I know I've found a practice for life and I for the very first time, am actually look forward to my next trip to the dentist. Bravo Ladies!

Angie, who was my hygienist, was very detail oriented and spent quite a bit of time doing a detailed analysis of oral health before proceeding with cleaning / polishing. The dental clinic is well maintained with what what looks like to be latest equipment.

• I'm 19 now, I've been part of the Five Forks Family since I was around 13 when I went in to get my braces done. The dental care is, of course exceptional, but that's hardly close to the best part. What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. Spend enough time here and they’ll adopt you, I’m serious! The staff is extraordinary and you can tell that everyone who works here is committed to the same vision and truly enjoys being on Dr. Hapney’s team. (I just found out today they’re going on a mission trip to provide dental care to poor countries!) Of course, it couldn’t be any other way as Dr. Hapney herself is a charming and genuinely loving woman. Her dedication to excellence results in an exceptional staff and an outstanding customer experience. Dr. Hapney not only treats you like family but also takes time to make every single client feel special and appreciated. • The service is really great here! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Besides having a state of the art office, up-to-date technology, and a variety of spa services, their flexible scheduling is another unique aspect of Five Forks Dental Care. To date, they are the only dental office (of which I am aware) that schedules Saturday appointment!!!! This is a big deal for me since I am a UPS driver and typically work well past their daily closing hours during the Monday-Friday work week. Before, I would have to schedule a day off just to make my dental appointments, or go in before work. The latter really would stress me out because I didn't want to be late for work, which did happen when I was at another office. The Saturday appointments are consistent, convenient, and care-free (i.e., stress-free--just sticking with the 'c' alliteration here...lol). Please keep up the good work, and as Arnold S would say: "I'll be back!"
