Severely Worn

Broken or chipped teeth often occur as a result of trauma or accident. Teeth that are broken down by wear may indicate a larger issue with the instability of the occlusion (bite). Teeth that have small chips or cracks can usually be corrected with composite bonding, inlays or onlays. Larger chips and broken teeth may require porcelain veneers or dental crowns. Dr. Hapney is renowned for her "Smile Makeovers" and looks forward to the opportunity to improve both the smile and the lives of her patients.

  • I requested copies of my medical records, and my request was denied already several times. They are holding my personal medical records against my will. It goes against "The HIPAA Privacy Rule", which states that "The Rule also gives patients rights over their health information, including rights to examine and obtain a copy of their health records, and to request corrections.".

  • This is a wonderful experience for me. I have worn dentures for 50 years and this is the best dental office ever. The girls have been so nice and have informed me of everything they were doing. Dr. Hapney is the best. My dentures fit so well and she worked so hard to please me, which is very important. I am telling all my friends what a nice group of people I found here and the professional treatment I was given.

  • There are not adequate words to describe the exceptional experience I had at Five Forks Dental Care. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time due to sheer embarrassment and high anxiety. From the sweet Savannah that scheduled my appointmen to Christina, Dr. King to Cheryl my hygienist the staff was extremely compassionate and showed genuine concern not only for my dental health but also to the fact that I was so self conscious. Dr. King made absolutely sure I understood what my issues were and laid out a detailed treatment plan with all my options. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for the highest quality dental care and a staff that sees you as a person.
