Severely Worn
Broken or chipped teeth often occur as a result of trauma or accident. Teeth that are broken down by wear may indicate a larger issue with the instability of the occlusion (bite). Teeth that have small chips or cracks can usually be corrected with composite bonding, inlays or onlays. Larger chips and broken teeth may require porcelain veneers or dental crowns. Dr. Hapney is renowned for her "Smile Makeovers" and looks forward to the opportunity to improve both the smile and the lives of her patients.

It was my first visit to the dentist in years. Kristy was awesome and made me feel very welcomed and at home. Glad to have found such a great place.

There are not adequate words to describe the exceptional experience I had at Five Forks Dental Care. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time due to sheer embarrassment and high anxiety. From the sweet Savannah that scheduled my appointmen to Christina, Dr. King to Cheryl my hygienist the staff was extremely compassionate and showed genuine concern not only for my dental health but also to the fact that I was so self conscious. Dr. King made absolutely sure I understood what my issues were and laid out a detailed treatment plan with all my options. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for the highest quality dental care and a staff that sees you as a person.

I enjoyed my visit to Five Forks Dental Care. To be pampered like a rock star and made to feel so relaxed. I can't wait for my next cleaning. I will enjoy going to the dentist at Five Forks Dental Care. Thanks for giving me a clean smile for the Holliday's.

Dr. Hapney and her entire team are absolutely amazing. Myself, my 12 year old daughter, and my 83 year old grandmother have had great experiences with each of our different needs.
