• I’ve been out of the “chair” for over ten years and the only experience I recall is when I was active duty. My treatment and experience at Five Forks Dental Care was first class. Starting with the reception desk (Malisa) and ending with checkout (Savannah). My technician “Frannie” was professional, courteous, friendly, and sensitive to my needs. Throughout the whole visit she explained to me on what exactly she was doing as well as educated me on what was going on in my “cave”. I asked for a breakdown of the fees associated with my care and it was provided on site.
