Our lab uses the highest quality porcelain and ceramic with the strength of metal and the look of a natural tooth. • Five Forks Dental Care is the perfect place if you expect perfection in your smile!!!!!! I have been a patient here for 2 years now and it has been the most positive experience. The atmosphere is calming and enjoyable (even though it's an nerve wrecking process getting dental work done). They made sure I was warm (offered me a warm neck wrap and blanket) which I of course accepted. The entire staff is kind and really care about my comfort! One of the staff members even strolled my baby around to keep her calm while I was getting my dental work done. I am finally proud to smile in pictures and I am no longer self conscious about my teeth all thanks to the comfort and perfectionism of Five Forks Dental Care and staff!!!! I have never had such a detailed dentist before and it's exactly what I needed and wanted!!!! I wanted someone that cares about my teeth as much as I do and that's exactly what this office did!! I will never ever see any other dentist!!!!!

• I’ve been out of the “chair” for over ten years and the only experience I recall is when I was active duty. My treatment and experience at Five Forks Dental Care was first class. Starting with the reception desk (Malisa) and ending with checkout (Savannah). My technician “Frannie” was professional, courteous, friendly, and sensitive to my needs. Throughout the whole visit she explained to me on what exactly she was doing as well as educated me on what was going on in my “cave”. I asked for a breakdown of the fees associated with my care and it was provided on site. Had the pleasure of meeting the “headmaster”, Dr. H who clearly explained what follow up treatments are to come with no pressure to commit. In my experiences dealing with the dentist, I must say FFDC is in a class on its own. Kudos to the whole staff that took care of my dearest and myself. Oh almost forgot Becca (go Air Force) 😀
