braces
Orthodontics / Braces are used to correct crooked, or misaligned teeth, can sometimes be the source for premature tooth wear and broken teeth. We believe braces provide the opportunity to enhance health and self-esteem and may improve a person's overall quality of life.
-
botox / juvederm
Botox is a purified protein neurotoxin that works by blocking the transmitters between the motor nerves that innervate the muscle. The muscle cannot contract, causing wrinkles in the skin to smooth around the eyes and the lips. The effects last approximately three to six months.

bridges
A dental bridge is an affordable treatment option for replacing missing teeth. A fixed dental bridge can be supported by natural teeth or dental implants. Dental implants are longer lasting and more stable and do not require the dentist to remove any of the natural tooth structure.
-
cleanings
Routine dental cleaning is the best way for you to prevent gum disease and bleeding gums. Our dental cleanings are performed by a dental hygienist who will gently remove plaque and tartar from around the teeth and gums.
-
cosmetic dentistry

A dental crown is a tooth-shaped cover, or cap, placed over a tooth that is decayed, cracked or damaged. Tooth caps are used when a filling is an insufficient restoration or to improve appearance of teeth that are misshapen, misaligned or discolored.

gum disease treatment
Periodontal therapy can include scaling & roof planing as well as gum surgery for patients suffering from periodontitis, an advanced stage of gum disease. Dr. Hapney uses laser dentistry to eliminate infection in the gums and locally applied antibiotics to treat periodontal disease.

Temporomandibular Disorders (TMJ) therapy may be as simple as wearing a splint or mouth guard, adjustment to the bite (to create harmony), using orthodontic treatment, dental crowns or dental implants to change the timing and force of the bite.
-

A dental implant is a more permanent solution for missing teeth. The implant actually replaces the root of the tooth, becoming fully integrated with the bone. While dental implants require a more investment initially, they have increased longevity and require less care and maintenance.

I really appreciate the patient care and attentiveness of Dr Hapney and her staff! It felt more like going to a spa than going to the dentist! They were caring, detailed and informative and I am so glad my family and I made the move to Five Forks Dental Care.

I'm 19 now, I've been part of the Five Forks Family since I was around 13 when I went in to get my braces done. The dental care is, of course exceptional, but that's hardly close to the best part. What makes me look forward to appointments at Five Forks is the family welcome I get every time I come back after 6 months for another cleaning. Spend enough time here and they’ll adopt you, I’m serious! The staff is extraordinary and you can tell that everyone who works here is committed to the same vision and truly enjoys being on Dr. Hapney’s team. (I just found out today they’re going on a mission trip to provide dental care to poor countries!) Of course, it couldn’t be any other way as Dr. Hapney herself is a charming and genuinely loving woman. Her dedication to excellence results in an exceptional staff and an outstanding customer experience. Dr. Hapney not only treats you like family but also takes time to make every single client feel special and appreciated. Five Forks Dental Care is the real deal, I would never think of going anywhere else!! Shoutout to Becca too, she’s cool. See you guys in 6 months!

SHOUT OUT to Five Forks Dental for its professional services and quality customer services. Not all dental offices are the same. This group of friendly professionals really exhibit quality customer service competencies. Specifically, I would like to comment on Maria Quintero customer service skills at the front desk. Thank you for helping me with a mistake made by me. She was always courteous, informative, and accommodating.
Most people do not like going to the dentist but this group makes you feel comfortable (you will be taken care of).
Peace,
