Dermal fillers such as Juvéderm and Belotero are smooth injectable gels made from naturally occurring hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance found in the skin that assists in adding hydration and volume. Radiesse is made of calcium-based microspheres in a water-based gel which motivate the body to create its own natural collagen and restore your face to a more natural, youthful appearance. They plump skin and gently lift it to restore collagen loss due to the normal aging process. Dermal filler treatments typically take 20-40 minutes and the amount needed will depend on volume loss and the areas you would like to restore to its natural beauty. You will see results immediately after treatment and have minimal downtime to get back to your normal routine right away. You can bring back that youthful look and replenish your natural collagen by restoring lost volume to correct lines and wrinkles for up to a year. The most common uses include filling facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial lines and corners of the mouth. Botox® or Xeomin are a purified protein neurotoxin that works by blocking the transmitters between the motor nerves that innervate the muscle. The muscle cannot contract, causing wrinkles in the skin to smooth. It can be used safely, simply, and effectively to improve the appearance of frown lines, forehead creases, crows feet, and gummy smiles. The effects last approximately three to six months. Botox® or Xeomin has important clinical uses as an adjunct in facial pain and for those who grind (bruxism) cases for patients with chronic TMJ and orofacial pain. Botox is also used to complement esthetic dentistry as a minimally invasive alternative to surgery.

• Dr. Hapney and her team go above and beyond to make you feel like a family member and not just another person coming into their office. They really take the time to explain in detail any treatment that is needed. The first visit was a little longer because they took the time to do a through exam of the health of my gums and teeth but I felt like I had been educated on what was going on and needed to be done. The Spa offers the best facials and chemical peels. Shawna is excellent at helping you with skin care as well.
