This group of friendly professionals really exhibit quality customer service competencies. Specifically, I would like to comment on Maria Quintero customer service skills at the front desk. There are not adequate words to describe the exceptional experience I had at Five Forks Dental Care. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time due to sheer embarrassment and high anxiety. From the sweet Savannah that scheduled my appointmen to Christina, Dr. King to Cheryl my hygienist the staff was extremely compassionate and showed genuine concern not only for my dental health but also to the fact that I was so self conscious. Dr. King made absolutely sure I understood what my issues were and laid out a detailed treatment plan with all my options.
